DRAWING CONTEST PERIOD: Every week on random days Monday through Friday based on U.S. Central Standard Daylight Savings Time beginning May 12, 2008 through June 30, 2008.

ENTRIES All entries must be entered via www.jazzylounge.com or on web pages administered by Jazzy Lounge. All entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. Eastern standard time on the 29th of June, 2008. In order to qualify, you must enter your first and last name, plus your city, state or province.

HOW TO ENTER New subscribers can submit their e-mail address from the Jazzy Lounge web site by clicking the sign up link above or from any page on the Jazzy Lounge web site or Jazzy Lounge station page located on Live365.com. Only one entry is necessary and multiple entries will not increase your chances to win. Please include your full name and address to qualify for the drawing. Current subscribers are automatically entered into the drawing unless you decide to opt out at which time you can unsubscribe by clicking the link located at the bottom of the Jazzy Lounge Newsletter.

DRAWING You must listen to win. One (1) email address for the grand prize will be randomly chosen from all e-mail addresses entered. The winner will be notified on the Jazzy Lounge broadcast at random intervals by their full name, city and state.

CLAIM YOUR PRIZE The winner must respond via the e-mail address submitted for entry when they hear their name announced to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes will be available for the next drawing.

ELIGIBILITY The drawing is open to contestants worldwide with a current e-mail address unless prohibited by law. Only one entry per person per e-mail address is allowed during the contest period. By entering the contest, the entrant grants www.jazzylounge.com (Jazzy Lounge) permission to e-mail the newsletter to the e-mail address provided. The winner grants the Jazzy Lounge website permission to list their first name and city, state and country (if not in the U.S.) on the Jazzy Lounge website when they win.
